1. Shipping Rates & Areas
We deliver to all physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa.

Outlying Areas: Please note that remote or outlying areas may incur a shipping surcharge and slightly longer transit times. We will contact you before dispatch if a surcharge applies to your specific location.

International Shipping: We deliver to Namibia with a minimum spend of R8,000.00. Additional charges and customs duties may apply. Please email info@11rugsgallery.co.za for a custom quote.
2. Delivery Timelines
Our team works efficiently to process your orders quickly:

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 working day.

Major Hubs (JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN): Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 working days.

Regional & Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Large Items: Specifically large rugs or furniture pieces may require specialized transport and take slightly longer in transit.
3. Festive Season & Peak Periods

Year-End Break: While our online store remains open 24/7, our fulfilment teams take a well-deserved break from 19 December to 5 January.

Orders placed during this period will be processed chronologically when we reopen.

Peak Sales: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or seasonal sales), please allow an additional 2–3 working days for delivery.
4. Collection (Pick Up in Store)
If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can do so at our Johannesburg location:

Notification: You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive until you have received this confirmation.
5. Important Delivery Information

Delivery Times: Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. 11 Rugs Gallery cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

Failed Delivery: If our couriers are unable to deliver after several attempts, the goods may be returned to our warehouse. In this instance, the customer may be liable for additional re-delivery fees.

Ownership & Risk: Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
